Virtual Assistant Internship

SUMMARY OF ROLE

Our Virtual Assistant Interns work closely with the Virtual Business Administrator and Senior Virtual Assistants on projects for our clients.  This internship allows interns to leverage their skills and become proficient with calendar management, email management, social media management, data entry, reception, transcribing, research, travel and hotel arrangements, project management, and more.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6 months of experience working remotely

  • Must be able to speak English; Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not a requirement

  • Must have full access to a personal PC or Mac

  • Must have reliable Internet Service (Cable, DSL, or Fiber Internet)

  • Experience with technology such as; Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, CRM Software, Social Media Platforms, etc.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of an administrative assistant, secretary, executive assistant, office manager education program required.

  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)

  • Requires organizational and time management skills.

     

COMPENSATION

  • This is a part-time, position and the pay depends on the clientele  

  • Intern to hire opportunities may be available based on clientele

SUMMARY OF ROLE

Applicants applying for the Virtual Assistant role must be highly ambitious, very organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask, a self-starter, and can work with little supervision.  Our clients are the backbone of the success of Q Assistant. Therefore, it is essential that the mission, vision, and values of both businesses (client and Q Assistant) are a top priority to ensure a professional relationship.

Virtual Assistants will report to the Virtual Business Administrator. The purpose of this position is to ensure that all business responsibilities, tasks, and client requests are managed, submitted, tracked, and executed timely. Key responsibilities include calendar management, email management, social media management, data entry, reception, transcribing, research, travel and hotel arrangements, project management, and more.

  • 1+ years experience working remotely

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Past administrative assistant, secretary, executive assistant, office manager experience highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)

  • Requires problem analysis and decision-making skills

  • Requires organizational and time management skills.

  • Must develop a basic knowledge of company services and all products.

 

 

COMPENSATION

  • This is a part-time, position and the pay depends on the clientele  

  • This position is offered at a rate of $13/hour. The pay rate is negotiable and based on the VA's level of experience and expertise.
